Kubera-prasāda-vihāra and Counsel on Ajñātavāsa (कुबेरप्रसादविहारः तथा अज्ञातवासोपदेशः)
दानवानां विनाशाय अस्त्राणां परमं बलम् ग्राहितस्त्वं महेन्द्रेण पुरुषेन्द्र तदुत्तमम्,पुरुषोत्तम! देवराज इन्द्रने इन दानवोंके विनाशके उद्देश्यसे ही तुम्हें परम उत्तम अस्त्रबलकी प्राप्ति करायी है
arjuna uvāca | dānavānāṁ vināśāya astrāṇāṁ paramaṁ balam grāhitastvaṁ mahendreṇa puruṣendra taduttamam, puruṣottama | devarāja indreṇa dānavānāṁ vināśa-uddeśyenaiva te parama-uttama astrabala-prāptiḥ kāritā |
Arjuna nói: “Hỡi bậc tối thượng trong loài người, hỡi Đấng Tối Cao—chính Indra, đại vương của chư thiên, đã khiến ngài đạt được uy lực tối thượng của các thần khí để tiêu diệt bọn Dānava. Uy lực chiến trận tối thượng ấy không được ban để kiêu hãnh hay phô trương, mà để nâng đỡ chính nghĩa của chư thiên và ngăn chặn những sức mạnh hủy diệt đe dọa trật tự đạo lý.”
