तमनादृत्य पद्मानि जिहीर्षसि बलादृत: । धर्मराजस्य चात्मानं ब्रवीषि भ्रातरं कथम्,भीमसेन! तुम अपने बलके घमंडमें आकर कुबेरकी अवहेलना करके यहाँसे कमलपुष्पोंका अपहरण करना चाहते हो। ऐसी दशामें अपने-आपको धर्मराजका भाई कैसे बता रहे हो?
tam anādṛtya padmāni jihīrṣasi balādṛtaḥ | dharmarājasya cātmānaṁ bravīṣi bhrātaraṁ katham ||
“Ngươi phớt lờ ngài ấy, lại kiêu căng vì sức mạnh của mình mà muốn cướp những đóa sen này bằng vũ lực. Trong tình thế như vậy, sao ngươi còn có thể tự xưng là em của Dharmarāja?”
