Bhīma–Hanūmān Dialogue on Yugas (युगवर्णनम्)
हनूमानुवाच प्रसीद नास्ति मे शक्तिरुत्थातुं जरयानघ । ममानुकम्पया त्वेतत् पुच्छमुत्सार्य गम्यताम्,हनुमानजी बोले--अनघ! मुझपर कृपा करो। बुढ़ापेके कारण मुझमें उठनेकी शक्ति नहीं रह गयी है। इसलिये मेरे ऊपर दया करके इस पूँछको हटा दो और निकल जाओ
hanūmān uvāca prasīda nāsti me śaktir utthātuṃ jarayā anagha | mamānukampayā tv etat puccham utsārya gamyatām ||
Hanūmān nói: “Xin hãy rộng lòng, hỡi người vô tội. Vì tuổi già, ta không còn sức để đứng dậy. Vậy xin thương tình, hãy nhấc chiếc đuôi này sang một bên rồi đi tiếp.”
