भरद्वाज उवाच
Harassing ascetics and disrupting spiritual life is portrayed as a grave ethical violation; such adharma inevitably draws confrontation with the wise and the strong who uphold order and protect the vulnerable.
Bharadvaja describes a malicious figure who roams the earth, changing forms and troubling sages; during this course he arrives before the powerful and wise hero Dhanuṣākṣa, setting the stage for an encounter or reckoning.
