च्यवन-यज्ञे अश्विनोः सोमग्रहण-विवादः
Cyavana’s Sacrifice and the Aśvins’ Soma Dispute
ततोअस्मै प्राहरद् वज्ज॑ घोररूपं शचीपति: । तस्य प्रहरतो बाहुं स्तम्भयामास भार्गव:,तब शचीपति इन्द्र उनके ऊपर भयंकर वज्र छोड़ने लगे, परंतु वे जैसे ही प्रहार करने लगे, भृगुनन्दन च्यवनने उनकी भुजाको स्तंभित कर दिया
tato 'smai prāharad vajraṃ ghorarūpaṃ śacīpatiḥ | tasya praharato bāhuṃ stambhayāmāsa bhārgavaḥ ||
Rồi Śacī-pati, Indra, phóng vào ông lưỡi tầm sét ghê gớm. Nhưng ngay khi Indra ra đòn, hiền giả Bhārgava (Cyavana) đã ngăn lại và làm cánh tay Indra cứng đờ, bất động.
