Kirmīra-rākṣasa-saṃgamaḥ (Encounter and Slaying of Kirmīra) | किर्मीरेण सह भीमसेनसमागमः
वायुदेव उवाच दुर्योधनस्य कर्णस्य शकुनेश्न दुरात्मन: । दुःशासनचतुर्थानां भूमि: पास्यति शोणितम्,श्रीकृष्णने कहा--राजाओ! जान पड़ता है, यह पृथ्वी दुर्योधन, कर्ण, दुरात्मा शकुनि और चौथे दुःशासन--इन सबके रक्तका पान करेगी
vāyudeva uvāca: duryodhanasya karṇasya śakuneś ca durātmanaḥ | duḥśāsana-caturthānāṃ bhūmiḥ pāsyati śoṇitam ||
Thần Gió (Vāyudeva) phán: “Mảnh đất này sẽ uống máu của Duryodhana, Karṇa, tên Śakuni lòng dạ tà ác, cùng bốn anh em bắt đầu từ Duḥśāsana.” Lời ấy là một điềm báo nghiệt ngã về đạo lý: kẻ nâng đỡ adharma bằng mưu trá, tàn bạo và sỉ nhục người chính trực tất sẽ gặp báo ứng đẫm máu, và chính mặt đất của vương quốc sẽ làm chứng cho hậu quả của tội lỗi họ gây ra.
