स भीमेन परामृष्टो दुर्बलो बलिना रणे | व्यस्पन्दत यथाप्राणं विचकर्ष च पाण्डवम्,बलवान् भीमकी पकड़में आकर वह दुर्बल राक्षस अपनी शक्तिके अनुसार उनसे छूटनेकी चेष्टा करने लगा। उसने भी पाण्डुनन्दन भीमसेनको इधर-उधर खींचा
sa bhīmena parāmṛṣṭo durbalo balinā raṇe | vyaspandata yathāprāṇaṃ vicakarṣa ca pāṇḍavam ||
Bị Bhīma hùng mạnh khống chế giữa trận, tên rākṣasa đã suy kiệt vùng vẫy bằng chút sinh lực còn lại để thoát thân; và trong cơn giãy giụa ấy, hắn kéo lê vị Pāṇḍava (Bhīma) hết bên này sang bên khác.
