स चाप्येनं ततो रक्ष: प्रतिजग्राह वीर्यवान् । तमाक्षिपद् भीमसेनो बलेन बलिनां वर:,उस बलवान राक्षसने भी भीमसेनको दोनों भुजाओंसे पकड़ लिया; तब बलवानोंमें श्रेष्ठ भीमसेनने उसे बलपूर्वक दूर फेंक दिया
sa cāpy enaṃ tato rakṣaḥ pratijagrāha vīryavān | tam ākṣipad bhīmaseno balena balināṃ varaḥ ||
Tên rākṣasa lực lưỡng ấy cũng ghì chặt chàng bằng hai tay; nhưng Bhīmasena—bậc nhất trong hàng dũng lực—giật phăng ra và ném văng con quỷ đi xa chỉ bằng sức mạnh thuần túy.
