Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Inquiry to Saṃjaya on Strategic Comparisons
अमर्षणं दुर्मतिं राजपुत्र पापात्मान धार्तराष्ट्रं सुलुब्धम् । सर्व ममैतद् वचनं समग्रं सहामात्यं संजय श्रावयेथा:
sañjaya uvāca | amarṣaṇaṁ durmatiṁ rājaputra pāpātmānaṁ dhārtarāṣṭraṁ sulubdham | sarvaṁ mamaitad vacanaṁ samagraṁ sahāmātyaṁ sañjaya śrāvayethāḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: “Hỡi Sañjaya, hãy truyền đạt trọn vẹn toàn bộ lời ta đến Duryodhana, con Dhṛtarāṣṭra—kẻ không biết nhẫn nhịn, mưu tính sai lạc, tâm địa tội lỗi và tham lam quá độ—cùng các đại thần của hắn. Hãy để họ nghe hết thảy, đúng như ta đã nói.”
