ततो वै सहसोत्थाय रामो मामभ्यवर्तत । पुनर्युद्धाय कौरव्य विद्वल: क्रोधमूरच्च्छित:,कुरुनन्दन! इसी समय परशुरामजी सहसा उठकर क्रोधसे मूर्च्छित एवं विह्नल हो पुनः युद्धके लिये मेरे समीप आये

tato vai sahasotthāya rāmo mām abhyavartata | punar yuddhāya kauravya vidvalaḥ krodha-mūrcchitaḥ ||

Bhīṣma nói: “Rồi Rāma (Paraśurāma) bật dậy ngay, lại tiến đến phía ta để giao chiến lần nữa. Hỡi hậu duệ nhà Kuru, ông ta rối loạn, như ngất đi vì cơn thịnh nộ, trở lại để nối tiếp cuộc đấu.”
