Amba–Rama–Bhishma Dialogue on Vow and Refuge
इति ब्रुवाणं तमहं राम परपुरंजयम् | प्रणम्य शिरसा राममेवमस्त्वित्यथाब्रुवम्,शत्रुओंकी नगरीपर विजय पानेवाले परशुरामजीको इस प्रकार कहते देख मैंने मस्तक झुकाकर उन्हें प्रणाम किया और “एवमस्तु” कहकर उनकी आज्ञा स्वीकार की
iti bruvāṇaṃ tam ahaṃ rāma parapuraṃjayam | praṇamya śirasā rāmam evam astv ity athābruvam ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Khi Rāma (Paraśurāma), bậc chinh phục thành trì của kẻ thù, nói như vậy, ta cúi đầu đảnh lễ ngài và đáp: ‘Xin được như thế’, để tiếp nhận mệnh lệnh của ngài.”
