न हि विज्ञायते शक्र: कि वा प्राप्त: क्व वा गत: । तत्त्वमेतत्‌ तु विज्ञाय यदि न ज्ञायते प्रभो,“अभी यह पता नहीं है कि देवेन्द्र किस अवस्थामें पड़े हैं? अथवा कहाँ चले गये हैं? प्रभो! इसका ठीक-ठीक पता लगानेपर यदि कोई बात मालूम नहीं हो सकी, तो मैं आपकी सेवामें उपस्थित हो जाऊँगी। यह मैं आपसे सत्य कहती हूँ।” इन्द्राणीके ऐसा कहनेपर नहुषको बड़ी प्रसन्नता हुई

Quả thật, không ai biết Śakra (Indra) đã đi đâu, cũng chẳng rõ nay Người đang ở trong tình trạng nào. Tâu chúa thượng, nếu sau khi dò xét cho tường tận sự thật mà vẫn không tìm ra điều gì, thì thiếp sẽ đến hầu hạ dưới quyền Người—điều này thiếp xin nói bằng lời chân thật. Nghe Indrāṇī nói như vậy, Nahuṣa vô cùng hoan hỷ.
