नारदकथितं माधव्याः तपश्चर्या–ययातेः स्वर्गविचारः | Nārada on Mādhavī’s Asceticism and the Scrutiny of Yayāti in Heaven

किमियं पूर्वमेवेह न दत्ता मम गालव । पुत्रा ममैव चत्वारो भवेयु: कुलभावना:

kim iyaṁ pūrvam eveha na dattā mama gālava | putrā mamaiva catvāro bhaveyuḥ kulabhāvanāḥ ||

Nārada nói: “Hỡi Gālava, sao nàng không được trao cho ta ngay từ trước, ngay tại đây? Nếu đã trao, thì bốn người con trai của ta—những kẻ làm rạng rỡ dòng tộc—ắt đã ra đời.”
