राजधर्मः—प्रमादवर्जनं, दण्डनीतिः, दुर्बलरक्षणम्

दुर्बलांस्तात बृध्येथा नित्यमेवाविमानितान् । मा त्वां दुर्बलचक्षूंषि प्रदहेयु: सबान्धवम्
durbalāṁs tāta bṛdhyethā nityam evāvimānitān | mā tvāṁ durbalacakṣūṁṣi pradheyur sabāndhavam, tāta ||
Utathya nói: “Con ơi, hãy luôn đối đãi với kẻ yếu bằng sự kính trọng, chớ xem họ là đối tượng đáng khinh. Hãy luôn cảnh giác, kẻo ánh nhìn của những người bị áp bức và bất lực thiêu rụi con thành tro—cùng với cả thân tộc.”
