तत्र चेत् सम्प्रमुह्देत धर्मे राजर्षिसेविते । लोकस्य संस्था न भवेत् सर्व च व्याकुलीभवेत्
tatra cet sampramuhyeta dharme rājarṣi-sevite | lokasya saṃsthā na bhavet sarvaṃ ca vyākulībhavet ||
Nếu trong vương đạo ấy—được các bậc vương thánh hiền thời cổ gìn giữ và thực hành—một vị vua sa vào mê lầm và lơ là, thì trật tự của thế gian sẽ sụp đổ, và mọi người đều bị quăng vào khổ não cùng rối loạn.
