केचिदध्ययने युक्ता वेदब्रतपरा: शुभा: । बुद्धिमन्तो गता: स्वर्ग तुष्टात्मानो जितेन्द्रिया:

Transliteration

kecid adhyayane yuktā vedavrataparāḥ śubhāḥ | buddhimanto gatāḥ svargaṃ tuṣṭātmāno jitendriyāḥ ||

Translation

Vị Bà-la-môn nói: “Có người chuyên cần học tập thánh điển, kiên trì giữ những giới nguyện cát tường do Veda truyền dạy; người ấy trí tuệ, tâm tự tại, chế ngự các căn, nên đã đạt được chỗ ở nơi cõi trời.”
