अध्याय ३३७ — ज्ञानमार्ग-वैविध्यप्रश्नः तथा व्यासस्य नारायणोद्भवकथा

एकस्तु शब्दो वितत: श्रुतो5स्माभिरुदीरित:,'पंरतु एक शब्द जो उच्चस्वरसे उच्चारित होकर दूरतक फैल रहा था, हमने भी सुना। सब लोग कह रहे थे--:पुण्डरीकाक्ष! आपकी जय हो। विश्वभावन! आपको प्रणाम है। महापुरुषोंके भी पूर्वज हृषीकेश! आपको नमस्कार है”
ekas tu śabdo vitataḥ śruto 'smābhir udīritaḥ | puṇḍarīkākṣa! tava jayaḥ | viśvabhāvana! te praṇāmaḥ | mahāpuruṣāṇām api pūrvaja hṛṣīkeśa! te namaḥ ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Chúng ta nghe một tiếng duy nhất, được hô vang, lan xa khắp chốn. Mọi người đều đồng thanh: ‘Ôi Đấng Mắt Sen (Puṇḍarīkākṣa), chiến thắng thuộc về Ngài! Ôi Đấng Nuôi Dưỡng Thế Gian (Viśvabhāvana), chúng con cúi lạy Ngài! Ôi Hṛṣīkeśa, bậc tổ nguyên ngay cả của các đại nhân, xin kính lễ Ngài!’”
