देवतापितृप्रश्नः — Nārada at Badarīāśrama: the ultimate referent of daiva and pitṛ worship

पुराउभिवाति मारुतो यमस्य यः पुर:सर: । पुरैक एव नीयसे कुरुष्व साम्परायिकम्‌,जिस समय यमराजके आगे-आगे चलनेवाला प्रचण्ड कालरूपी पवन चल पड़ेगा, उस समय वह अकेले तुम्हींको वहाँ ले जायगा; अतः तुम पहलेसे ही परलोकमें सुख देनेवाले धर्मका आचरण करो

purābhivāti māruto yamasya yaḥ puraḥsaraḥ | purāka eva nīyase kuruṣva sāmparāyikam ||

Vyāsa nói: “Khi cơn gió dữ của Thời Gian—kẻ đi trước Diêm Vương—bắt đầu thổi, con sẽ bị đưa đi chỉ một mình. Vì vậy, ngay từ bây giờ, hãy thực hành dharma đem lại an lành ở cõi sau.”
