अ-क्रा् - एक प्राणायाममें पूरक
yājñavalkya uvāca | tathaivotkramamāṇaṃ tu śṛṇuṣvāvahito nṛpa | padabhyām utkramamāṇasya vaiṣṇavaṃ sthānam ucyate ||
Yājñavalkya nói: “Cũng như vậy, hỡi Đại vương, hãy lắng nghe chăm chú khi ta giảng về sự lìa thân của linh hồn lúc lâm chung. Khi khí mệnh (prāṇa) rời đi qua đôi bàn chân, người ra đi ấy được tuyên rằng sẽ đạt đến cõi tối thượng của Viṣṇu.”
