ततः प्रीतो भवो देव्या: प्रहसंश्षेदमब्रवीत् । गच्छत्वेष यथाकाममिति राजन् पुन: पुनः,राजन! यह सुनकर महादेवजी पार्वतीपर बहुत प्रसन्न हुए और हँसते हुए बारंबार कहने लगे--“अब यह जहाँ चाहे जा सकता है'
tataḥ prīto bhavo devyāḥ prahasann idam abravīt | gacchatv eṣa yathākāmam iti rājan punaḥ punaḥ ||
Bấy giờ Bhava (Śiva), vui lòng với Nữ thần (Pārvatī), mỉm cười mà phán: “Hỡi Đại vương, hãy để người này đi đến nơi nào tùy ý muốn.” Ngài lặp lại lời ấy nhiều lần, tỏ rõ sự ưng thuận đầy ân huệ và ban cho tự do theo nguyện vọng chính đáng.
भीष्म उवाच
The verse highlights divine grace expressed as permission and freedom: when the deity is pleased, he grants consent without obstruction—allowing rightful desire to proceed. Ethically, it underscores that approval and release (anujñā) can be a form of benevolence, removing constraints rather than imposing them.
Bhīṣma narrates that Śiva (Bhava), delighted with Pārvatī, smiles and repeatedly declares that “this one may go wherever he wishes,” signaling that Śiva has granted leave/permission to the concerned being to depart and act according to his will.
