यद्य॒त्र किंचित्‌ प्रत्यक्षमहिंसाया: परं मतम्‌ । ऋते त्वागमशास्त्रेभ्यो ब्रूहि तद्‌ यदि पश्यसि

Transliteration

yady atra kiñcit pratyakṣam ahiṁsāyāḥ paraṁ matam | ṛte tv āgamaśāstrebhyo brūhi tad yadi paśyasi ||

Translation

Kapila nói: “Nếu ngoài các truyền thống kinh điển, ông thấy bằng mắt mình một giáo lý nào vượt hơn bất bạo lực—hoặc nếu ông có thể chỉ ra một kết quả hữu hình nào do những lời dạy cổ vũ bạo lực hứa hẹn—thì hãy nói cho rõ, nếu quả thật ông thấy.”
