इति श्रीमहाभारते शान्तिपर्वणि मोक्षधर्मपर्वणि शुकानुप्रश्ने पञ्चपञ्चाशदधिकद्वधिशततमो< ध्याय:

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvaṇi mokṣadharmaparvaṇi śukānupraśne pañcapañcāśad-adhika-dviśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

Như vậy, trong «Śrī Mahābhārata», thuộc «Śānti Parva»—đặc biệt là phần «Mokṣa-dharma»—chương thứ hai trăm năm mươi lăm, trong mạch truyện về cuộc vấn hỏi của Śuka, đã kết thúc. Đây là lời ghi kết (colophon) đánh dấu sự khép lại của chương, chứ không phải một câu kệ giáo lý được nhân vật thốt ra.
