इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत गोक्षधर्मपर्वमें बलि और इन्द्रका संवादविषयक दो सौ चौबीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

Iti prakāraḥ Śrīmahābhārata-Śāntiparva-antargata-Gokṣadharmaparvaṇi Bali-Indra-saṃvāda-viṣayakaḥ dviśata-caturviṃśat-tamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.

Translation

Như vậy, chương thứ hai trăm hai mươi bốn của phần Gokṣa-dharma thuộc Śānti Parva trong Śrī Mahābhārata—nói về cuộc đối thoại giữa Bali và Indra—đến đây kết thúc. Lời kết (colophon) ghi dấu sự hoàn tất của đơn vị này, đặt cuộc trao đổi vừa qua như một bài giáo huấn về dharma được truyền đạt qua lời đối thoại của hai vị.
