सर्व काल: समादत्ते गम्भीर: स्वेन तेजसा । तस्मिन्‌ कालवशं प्राप्ते का व्यथा मे विजानतः

Transliteration

sarvaḥ kālaḥ samādatte gambhīraḥ svena tejasā | tasmin kālavaśaṃ prāpte kā vyathā me vijānataḥ ||

Translation

Śakra nói: “Tất thảy đều bị Thời Gian—sâu thẳm và không cưỡng nổi—nắm giữ bằng chính uy lực của nó. Khi đã rơi vào quyền lực của Thời Gian, nỗi buồn nào còn có thể đến với ta, kẻ hiểu rõ tính phù du của thế gian?”
