कालनिर्णयः, युगधर्मवर्णनम्, सृष्टिक्रमश्च
Time-Reckoning, Yuga-Dharma, and the Sequence of Creation
ये त्वेवें नाभिजानन्ति रजोमोहपरायणा: । ते कृच्छूं प्राप्प सीदन्ति बुद्धिर्येषां प्रणश्यति
ye tv evaṁ nābhijānanti rajo-moha-parāyaṇāḥ | te kṛcchraṁ prāpya sīdanti buddhir yeṣāṁ praṇaśyati ||
Nhưng những kẻ bị đắm chìm trong rajas (dục vọng, sân hận) và mê si, không thật sự hiểu điều ấy—những kẻ mà năng lực phân biệt đã tiêu vong—khi nghịch cảnh ập đến, liền chìm xuống trong khổ não. Lời dạy nhấn mạnh rằng vô minh bị nuôi dưỡng bởi dục, sân và si sẽ làm sụp đổ ngọn đèn chỉ đường nội tâm, khiến đau khổ trong cơn khủng hoảng trở thành điều khó tránh.
