Restraint of the Senses, Non-harming Truthful Speech, and Discernment of Karmic Consequence
अर्यमा चैव भगवान् ये चास्य तनया विभो । एते प्रदेशा: कथिता भुवनानां प्रभावना:,प्रभो! भगवान् अर्यमा और उनके सभी पुत्र--ये प्रदेश (आदेश देनेवाले शासक) तथा प्रभावन (उत्तम स्रष्टा) कहे गये हैं
aryamā caiva bhagavān ye cāsya tanayā vibho | ete pradeśāḥ kathitā bhuvanānāṃ prabhāvanāḥ prabho ||
Bhishma nói: “Aryaman, vị thần đáng tôn kính, cùng tất cả các người con của ngài—hỡi bậc hùng lực—được tuyên xưng là các ‘pradeśa’, những đấng cai quản có thẩm quyền, và là các ‘prabhāvana’, những quyền năng mạnh mẽ gìn giữ và làm hưng thịnh các thế giới, thưa chúa công.”
