शृणोति कथितं जीव: कर्णाभ्यां न शृणोति तत् । महर्षे मनसि व्यग्रे तस्माज्जीवो निरर्थक:
Translation
Bạch đại hiền triết! Sinh linh nghe lời người nói bằng đôi tai; nhưng nếu tâm còn rối loạn thì nghe mà như chẳng nghe. Vì thế, thừa nhận một thực thể của “sinh mệnh” ngoài tâm là điều vô nghĩa.
