स संहृत्य च तत् कर्म अनास्वाद्य च तद्धवि: । तोषयामास देवांश्व पितृश्च द्विजसत्तम:
Translation
Vị hiền triết tối thượng trong hàng Bà-la-môn ấy, sau khi thu thúc và hoàn tất nghi lễ, đã không nếm phần lễ vật; mà làm cho chư thiên và các tổ tiên (Pitṛ) được hoan hỷ. Nhờ ân phúc của họ, ông nhận được thức ăn thanh tịnh và nhờ đó gìn giữ mạng sống.
