अतिथर्माद् बल॑ मन्ये बलादू धर्म: प्रवर्तते । बले प्रतिष्ठितो धर्मों धरण्यामिव जड़मम्
Translation
Ta cho rằng sức mạnh còn đáng trọng hơn cả dharma; bởi nhờ sức mạnh mà dharma mới có thể vận hành. Như mọi loài hữu tình biết đi đứng đều nương trên mặt đất, thì dharma cũng nương tựa nơi sức mạnh mà đứng vững.
