ऋषिसमागमः — युधिष्ठिरस्य शोकवर्णनम्

चतुर्णाम भयं देहि काम युध्यस्व फाल्गुनम् । तब कुन्तीने चौड़ी छातीवाले कर्णसे फिर कहा--*“बेटा! तुम इच्छानुसार अर्जुनसे युद्ध करो; किंतु अन्य चार भाइयोंको अभय दे दो”
caturṇām abhayaṃ dehi kāmaṃ yudhyasva phālgunam |
Kuntī lại nói với Karṇa, người có lồng ngực rộng: “Con ơi! Hãy ban sự vô úy cho bốn người anh em còn lại. Rồi nếu con muốn, hãy giao chiến với Phālguna (Arjuna) theo ý con.”
