गदायुद्ध-समारम्भः
Commencement of the Mace-Duel Proceedings
धार्तराष्ट्रबले शेषास्त्रयः समितिमर्दना: । कृपश्च कृतवर्मा च द्रोणपुत्रश्न वीर्यवान्
nārada uvāca |
dhārtarāṣṭrabale śeṣās trayaḥ samitimardanāḥ |
kṛpaś ca kṛtavarmā ca droṇaputraś ca vīryavān ||
Nārada nói: “Hỡi Mādhava cánh tay hùng mạnh, hãy nghe ta kể cả tên những kẻ đã không bị giết tại đó. Trong đạo quân của Duryodhana, chỉ còn ba dũng sĩ—Kṛpa, Kṛtavarmā và người con dũng mãnh của Droṇa là Aśvatthāmā—tất thảy đều là những kẻ dữ dằn, chuyên nghiền nát hàng ngũ quân thù.”
