तस्यास्तु तपसोग्रेण महान्‌ कालोअत्यगान्नूप । सा पित्रा दीयमानापि तत्र नैच्छदनिन्दिता

tasyāstu tapasogreṇa mahān kālo 'tyagān nūpa | sā pitrā dīyamānāpi tatra naicchad aninditā ||

Nhưng do sức mạnh của khổ hạnh, hỡi Đại vương, thời gian dài đã trôi qua. Dẫu cha nàng đem nàng gả đi, thiếu nữ vô tội ấy vẫn không thuận theo.
