ब्रह्मचर्यरतो नित्यं सदा धर्मपरायण: । ततो<भ्येत्य महाभाग योगमास्थाय भिक्षुक:

brahmacaryarato nityaṃ sadā dharmaparāyaṇaḥ | tato 'bhyetya mahābhāga yogam āsthāya bhikṣukaḥ ||

Vaiśampāyana nói: Luôn chuyên tâm vào kỷ luật brahmacarya và không ngừng hướng về dharma, bậc hiển quý ấy rồi tiến đến; nương theo nếp sống yoga, người sống như một kẻ khất thực—hạnh kiểm được đánh dấu bởi sự tiết chế, bổn phận và sự vững vàng nội tâm.
