Indratīrtha–Ādityatīrtha: Balarāma’s Ritual Bathing, Dāna, and Sacred-Historical Recollections
आमन्त्रयतां तु कल्याणीं ततो जप्यं जजाप सः । अविदूरे ततस्तस्मादाश्रमात् तीर्थमुत्तमम्
āmantreyatāṁ tu kalyāṇīṁ tato japyaṁ jajāpa saḥ | avidūre tataḥ tasmād āśramāt tīrtham uttamam ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana nói: Sau khi ngỏ lời với người nữ cát tường Kalyāṇī, ngài liền bắt đầu tụng niệm thần chú theo nghi thức. Không xa am thất ấy có một bến thánh tuyệt hảo; ngài đến đó, tắm gội rồi tiếp tục japa—giữ sự tiết chế và đúng phép tắc nghi lễ, cho thấy kỷ luật tâm linh và sự thanh tịnh luôn đi cùng những hành động phi thường.
