कारणं श्रुतमस्माभि: शापश्चैव श्रुतो5नघे । करिष्यन्ति तु यत्‌ प्राप्त सर्व एव तपोधना:,“निष्पाप सरस्वती! हमने शाप और उसका कारण सुन लिया। ये सभी तपोधन इस विषयमें समयोचित कर्तव्यका पालन करेंगे”

Transliteration

kāraṇaṃ śrutam asmābhiḥ śāpaś caiva śruto 'naghe | kariṣyanti tu yat prāptaṃ sarva eva tapodhanāḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana nói: “Ô đấng vô tội, chúng ta đã nghe rõ nguyên do, và cũng đã nghe lời nguyền. Tất cả các bậc ẩn sĩ giàu công đức khổ hạnh này sẽ làm điều hợp thời, đúng với bổn phận mà hoàn cảnh đòi hỏi.”
