अध्याय ९ — दुर्योधनस्य अन्त्यावस्था, विलापः, तथा सौप्तिक-प्रतिवृत्तम्
Duryodhana’s Final Condition, Lamentation, and the Night’s Report
द्रौपदेया हता: सर्वे धृष्टद्युम्नस्थ चात्मजा: । पज्चाला निहता: सर्वे मत्स्यशेषं च भारत
sañjaya uvāca | draupadeyā hatāḥ sarve dhṛṣṭadyumnasya cātmajāḥ | pāñcālā nihatāḥ sarve matsyaśeṣaṃ ca bhārata ||
Sañjaya nói: “Tất cả các con trai của Draupadī đều đã bị giết, và các con trai của Dhṛṣṭadyumna cũng vậy. Toàn thể người Pāñcāla đã bị diệt, hỡi Bhārata, và ngay cả lực lượng còn lại của xứ Matsya cũng đã bị quét sạch.”
