भीमोग्रपरिघालातशूलपट्टिशपाणय: । घोररूपा: समाजम्मुर्भूतसड्घा: समन्तत:
sañjaya uvāca |
bhīmogra-parighālāta-śūla-paṭṭiśa-pāṇayaḥ |
ghora-rūpāḥ samājam mur bhūta-saṅghāḥ samantataḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: Những đoàn quỷ thần đáng sợ tụ hội từ mọi phía, tay cầm vũ khí ghê rợn—chùy sắt nặng, đuốc lửa bừng cháy, đinh ba và rìu chiến. Ánh uy quang dữ dội của họ lan khắp bốn phương. Họ đến để chứng kiến cuộc tàn sát lớn sẽ xảy ra khi người đời đang ngủ, để đo lường sức mạnh khủng khiếp nơi Aśvatthāmā, và—bằng lời tán tụng Mahādeva—làm tăng thêm thứ vinh quang u ám của con trai Droṇa.
