Adhyāya 6: Śibira-dvāra-sthita Bhūta-varṇana and Aśvatthāmā’s Śaraṇāgati to Mahādeva
तत:ः खड्गवरं धीमान् भूताय प्राहिणोत् तदा
tataḥ khaḍgavaraṃ dhīmān bhūtāya prāhiṇot tadā
Bấy giờ, bậc trí giả liền phóng đi một thanh kiếm thượng hạng về phía thực thể ấy. Trong cảnh tập kích ban đêm u ám, bạo lực không chỉ nhằm vào kẻ thù là người, mà còn hướng tới một hiện diện đáng kinh hãi—làm nổi bật bóng tối của đạo lý và sự tàn bạo ngày càng leo thang trong Sauptika.
