सहदेव निवर्तस्व ननु त्वमसि मे प्रिय: । शरीरादपि माद्रेय मा मा त्याक्षी: कुपुत्रवत्,माद्रीनन्दन सहदेव! तुम मुझे अपने शरीरसे भी अधिक प्रिय हो। बेटा! लौट आओ। कुपुत्रकी भाँति मेरा त्याग न करो
sahadeva nivartasva nanu tvam asi me priyaḥ | śarīrād api mādreya mā mā tyākṣīḥ kuputravat ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana nói: “Sahadeva, hãy quay lại. Con hẳn là người ta thương—còn hơn cả thân thể ta, hỡi con của Mādrī. Đừng bỏ rơi ta như kẻ con bất hiếu.”
वैशमग्पायन उवाच
