निवार्य च महाबाहुं कोपसंरक्तलोचनम् | पितरं समुपातिष्ठद् धृतराष्ट्र कृताञ्जलि:,उस समय महाबाहु भीमके नेत्र क्रोधसे लाल हो रहे थे। उन्हें रोककर राजा युधिष्ठिर हाथ जोड़े हुए अपने ताऊ महाराज धृतराष्ट्रके पास गये
nivārya ca mahābāhuṁ kopasaṁraktalocanam | pitaraṁ samupātiṣṭhad dhṛtarāṣṭra kṛtāñjaliḥ ||
Giữ lại Bhīma tay lớn, đôi mắt đỏ ngầu vì giận, Yudhiṣṭhira tiến đến bậc trưởng thượng của mình là vua Dhṛtarāṣṭra, chắp tay đứng trước mặt—lấy tiết chế và kính lễ thay cho bộc phát.
भीम उवाच
Even when righteous anger arises, dharma is upheld through self-control and respectful conduct—especially toward elders and authority—so that action remains guided by principle rather than impulse.
Bhīma is furious (his eyes reddened with wrath). Yudhiṣṭhira restrains him and then approaches King Dhṛtarāṣṭra with folded hands, signaling deference and an attempt to address the situation through lawful, courtly means rather than immediate retaliation.
