नारभेतान्यसामर्थ्यात् पुरुष: कार्यमात्मन: । मतिसाम्यं द्वयोर्नास्ति कार्येषु कुरुनन्दन,मनुष्यको चाहिये कि वह अपना कार्य दूसरेके बलपर न करे। कुरुगाज! किसी भी कार्यमें दो पुरुषोंकी राय पूर्णरूपसे नहीं मिलती
nārabhetānyasāmarthyāt puruṣaḥ kāryam ātmanaḥ | matisāmyaṃ dvayor nāsti kāryeṣu kurunandana ||
Duryodhana nói: “Con người chớ nên gánh việc của mình mà dựa vào sức kẻ khác. Hỡi niềm vui của dòng Kuru, trong việc hành động, ý kiến của hai người không bao giờ trùng khít hoàn toàn.”
