Bhīṣma–Śiśupāla-saṃvādaḥ
Bhishma and Shishupala’s exchange in the assembly
दारयोर्यस्य चान्येन मिषत:ः प्राज्ञमानिन: । तव जातान्यपत्यानि सज्जनाचरिते पथि
dārayoḥ yasya cānyena miṣataḥ prājñamāninaḥ | tava jātāny apatyāni sajjanācarite pathi ||
Śiśupāla nói: “Ngay khi ngươi—kẻ tự phụ là khôn ngoan—đứng nhìn, con cái đã được sinh ra cho hai người vợ góa của ngươi bởi một người đàn ông khác. Vậy mà ngươi vẫn dám nhận mình đứng trên con đường hạnh kiểm của bậc hiền thiện ư?”
