Sabhā-parva 26
उपपन्नं महाबाहो त्वयि कौरवनन्दन । पाकशासनदायादे वीर्यमाहवशोभिनि
upapannaṃ mahābāho tvayi kauravanandana | pākaśāsanadāyāde vīryam āhavśobhini, tvam īpsitaṃ pāṇḍaveya brūhi kiṃ karavāṇi te | yad vakṣyasi mahābāho tat kariṣyāmi putraka ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana nói: “Hỡi bậc đại dũng tay dài, con của nhà Kuru! Là người thừa tự của Pākaśāsana (Indra), uy dũng của ngươi—rực rỡ nơi chiến địa—thật hoàn toàn xứng hợp. Hỡi con của Pāṇḍu, hãy nói điều ngươi mong muốn: ta nên làm cho ngươi việc gì mà ngươi quý mến? Dù ngươi truyền dạy điều chi, hỡi bậc đại dũng, con ta, ta nhất định sẽ làm.”
