Jarāsandha–Bhīma Niyuddha-prastāvaḥ
Commencement of the Regulated Duel
स्ववीर्य क्षत्रियाणां तु बाह्वोर्धाता न्यवेशयत् । तद् दिदृक्षसि चेद् राजन द्रष्टास्यद्य न संशय:,विधाताने क्षत्रियोंका अपना बल उनकी भुजाओंमें ही भर दिया है। राजन! यदि आज उसे देखना चाहते हो तो निश्चय ही देख लोगे
svavīryaṃ kṣatriyāṇāṃ tu bāhvor dhātā nyaveśayat | tad didṛkṣasi ced rājan draṣṭāsy adya na saṃśayaḥ ||
Kṛṣṇa nói: “Đấng Tạo Hóa đã đặt dũng lực riêng của các kṣatriya ngay trong đôi cánh tay của họ. Tâu Đại vương, nếu hôm nay ngài muốn thấy sức mạnh ấy, ắt hẳn ngài sẽ thấy—không nghi ngờ gì.”
