Samrāt-Lakṣaṇa and the Counsel to Check Jarāsandha
The verse highlights a practical ethical insight: when a destabilizing threat withdraws, society can return to orderly, contented living. It implies the value of safeguarding communal well-being and the relief that follows the cessation of hostility.
Śrī Kṛṣṇa describes that after a certain king departed/returned, the group (Kṛṣṇa and his people) regained happiness and resumed living comfortably in Mathurā, indicating that a period of tension or danger had ended.
