अभिदुद्राव वेगेन दुर्योधनमरिंदमम् । उसने इन्द्रके वज़के समान कान्तिमान् विशाल धनुषको खींचकर शत्रुदमन दुर्योधनपर बड़े वेगसे धावा किया ।। तमापतन्तमुद्वी क्षय कालसृष्टमिवान्तकम्
sañjaya uvāca | abhidudrāva vegena duryodhanam arindamam | tam āpatantam udvīkṣya kālasṛṣṭam ivāntakam ||
Sañjaya nói: Với sức lao nhanh như gió, chàng xông thẳng vào Duryodhana, kẻ khuất phục quân thù. Thấy chàng ập đến, Duryodhana tưởng như trước mắt mình là Tử Thần—sứ giả đáng sợ của Yama, do Thời Gian phóng thích—đang đến để quét sạch tất cả.
