भीष्मशिबिरगमनम् — Duryodhana’s Visit to Bhīṣma’s Camp and the Command Appeal
परिष्वज्य सुतं चापि आत्मन: सदृशं गुणै: । प्रीतिमाननयत् पार्थों देवराजनिवेशने,गुणोंमें अपने ही समान उस पुत्रको हृदयसे लगाकर अर्जुन बड़ी प्रसन्नताके साथ उसे देवराजके भवनमें ले गये
pariṣvajya sutaṃ cāpi ātmanaḥ sadṛśaṃ guṇaiḥ | prītimān anayat pārtho devarāja-niveśane ||
Sañjaya thưa: Ôm lấy người con trai có đức hạnh như chính mình, Arjuna tràn đầy thương mến và hoan hỷ, dẫn chàng vào cung điện của Thiên Đế. Cảnh ấy nêu lý tưởng dharma: nhận ra và nuôi dưỡng đức hạnh nơi con cái, và hành xử với trách nhiệm dịu dàng ngay giữa gánh nặng bổn phận anh hùng.
