यथावच्च तम भ्यर्च्य ब्रह्मा ब्रह्मविदां वर: । जगाद जगत: स्त्रष्टा परं परमधर्मवित्‌,ब्रह्मवेत्ताओंमें श्रेष्ठ, परम धर्मज्ञ, जगत्‌स्रष्टा ब्रह्माजीनी उन तेजोमय परम पुरुषका यथावत्‌ पूजन करके उनकी स्तुति की

Transliteration

yathāvac ca tam abhyarcya brahmā brahmavidāṁ varaḥ | jagāda jagataḥ sraṣṭā paraṁ paramadharmavit ||

Translation

Bhīṣma nói: Sau khi phụng thờ Ngài đúng phép, Phạm Thiên—bậc tối thượng trong hàng người biết Phạm (Brahman), đấng tạo dựng các thế giới, và bậc thấu triệt tối cao về dharma—liền cất lời, dâng lời tán tụng Đấng Tối Thượng rực sáng ấy.
