/ [दाक्षिणात्य अधिक पाठका इं श्लोक मिलाकर कुल ८७६ “लोक हैं।] नीफजशार (0) आज असन- पञज्चषष्टितमो< ध्याय: धृतराष्ट्र-संजय-संवादके प्रसंगमें दुर्योधनके द्वारा पाण्डवोंकी विजयका कारण पूछनेपर भीष्मका ब्रह्माजीके द्वारा की हुई भगवत्-स्तुतिका कथन धृतराष्ट उवाच भयं मे सुमहज्जातं विस्मयश्वैव संजय । श्रुत्वा पाण्डुकुमाराणां कर्म देवै: सुदुष्करम्
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | bhayaṁ me sumahaj jātaṁ vismayaś caiva sañjaya | śrutvā pāṇḍu-kumārāṇāṁ karma devaiḥ suduṣkaram ||
Dhṛtarāṣṭra nói: “Sañjaya, trong ta dấy lên một nỗi sợ hãi rất lớn, lại thêm kinh ngạc, khi nghe về những việc làm của các con Pāṇḍu—những kỳ công mà ngay cả chư thiên cũng khó lòng thực hiện.”
