भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ६२: वासुदेवमहात्म्यप्रशंसा (देव–ब्रह्मसंवादः)
पार्षतश्न रथश्रेष्ठो धर्मपुत्रश्न पाण्डव: । द्रोणस्य पश्यत: सैन्यं गाज़ेयस्य च पश्यत:
pārṣataś ca rathaśreṣṭho dharmaputraś ca pāṇḍavaḥ | droṇasya paśyataḥ sainyaṃ gāṅgeyasya ca paśyataḥ ||
Sañjaya nói: Khi ấy, Dṛṣṭadyumna—bậc nhất trong hàng chiến xa—và Yudhiṣṭhira, người Pāṇḍava được gọi là con của Dharma, tiến lên trong khi toàn quân dõi theo—ngay dưới ánh mắt của Droṇa và của Bhīṣma, con trai sông Gaṅgā.
